Text Box: Our Contract 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the supply of information sold by #www.peacehaven-webdesigners.co.uk of 22 Foxhill, Peacehaven, East Sussex, BN10 7SE. (“we” and “us”) to the customer (“you”) and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. 1.2 All orders placed by you, Are on the basis of these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you, At which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does mot constitute legal acceptance of your order by us. Price and Payment 2.1 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. 2.2 We reserve the right to change the price of goods, Such as domain names ECT, This is due to which domain name you purchase and where you purchase your domain name. We will confirm the price of your domain name and the design cost of your website before commencing on your order. We are not legally obliged to accept your order and may decline your order. 2.3 On occasion, the price payable for the domain name advertised on our website may differ from those charged, And we under know obligation to honour any website price if there is such a difference. 2.4 Occasionally an error may occur with our website and goods maybe incorrectly priced in which we are not obliged to supply these items at the price displayed. 2.5 Subject to clause 2.6, We may require payment for the price of your website you order, And any applicable domain name, Before your order can be processed, This is unless we have an agreement stating otherwise in writing. 2.6 If you intend to pay for your website on completion Payment shall be made in full on the due date, This date shall be in your agreement as mentioned in clause 2.5 and subject to acceptance of your required design, If you do not payment is not received and no contact for a payment plan is made, Then we may revoke your website and domain name. Please advise www.peacehaven-webdesigners.co.uk of any authorised or unauthorised personnel that may order or have updates to your website(s), Please inform us in writing as soon as possible, as you will still be accountable for the payment of any new website(s) or updates made under this clause. Availability 3.1 While we endeavour to supply your required domain name or .com, .co.uk, If we fail to supply this item, Then www.peacehaven-webdesigners.co.uk shall offer you a substituted domain name or .com or .co.uk. We will in any case notify you by phone, email or writing within 7 days of your order, And refund the price paid for any failed domain name within 30 days. Cancellation 4.1 You may cancel your order with www.peacehaven-webdesigners.co.uk within the first 48 hours of the date of your order. Any payment made to us maybe returned in part or full. This is due to any such items being paid for, such as a domain name. The domain name shall be your property if you have paid for such items, If this is not the case, Then arrangements for payment for such items will be made and invoices despatched. Please could you confirm in any form to such a decision as to cancel your order with us. 4.2 On cancellation for whatever reason, You maybe required to make a late cancellation payment, This only applies if you cancel after the 48 hour deadline. You will receive a 2 copies of these terms and conditions within 12 hours of acceptance of your order. Please provide us with your signed copy within 12 hours or receipt
